Swax Lax Lacrosse Training Balls

Swax Lax lacrosse training balls are specially constructed to mimic the exact dimensions of a regulation weight lacrosse ball, so they throw and catch just like a regulation rubber ball.  But, because they hurt less, bounce less, and roll less, they are great for beginners, indoor play, backyard shooting, goalie drills, and group passing and catching.  That's more practicing, less hunting and chasing.   More fun, less fear.

They feel like a fairly hard bean bag in your hand, but in your stick they feel and behave just like a regulation rubber ball.

Balls are not intended for children under 4, dangerous if ingested by humans or animals, and still can cause injury at high speeds.  They work will with most rebounders, but not well against a wall.
